Text: Check-up available

If I have assigned a check-up form to a client, he/she sees the following text: "Fill in the daily training check-up for more targeted recommendations from your coach"
However, for my clients, it is about weekly check-ups, and it is not just about training , but the overall progress of the week.
I would like to see the standard text editable by me as a coach, or for FitSociety to use a more general text.
