Automatic email upon unsubscription or end of subscription (to customer)

As a coach, I would like an email to be automatically sent to the client as soon as a subscription is cancelled or actually ends (with a clear end date). This email should include: what is changing (access/bookings), any outstanding payments/invoices, and a button/link to potentially reactivate or renew. I would prefer configurable trigger(s) (cancellation time / end date / immediate termination) and an editable template (NL/EN) to prevent support questions and misunderstandings.
