Use the email address you use to sign in to FITsociety. This does not sign you in.
'If you have questions, you can contact your coach or consult your account for more information.' can be changed to 'If you have questions, you can contact us via chat or consult your account for more information.' In my case, it looks strange because I work alone and also sign off with my name, that 'your coach' appears above it.
