Tag coaches in notes & activities with @mentions

Use the email address you use to sign in to FITsociety. This does not sign you in.
As a coach, I want to be able to tag fellow coaches with an @mention in the note field under 'Notes & Activities'. For example: '@Michael day 1 Upper, @Robin day 2 Lower'. The tagged coach receives a notification and can find the note right away, so task distribution and communication between coaches run smoothly.
