Set up email overview of subscription changes

It would be helpful if we could receive an automatic email overview of all subscription changes. This includes upgrades, downgrades, cancellations, or renewals.

This feature should be configurable so that we can receive an overview daily, weekly, or monthly, for example. This ensures that we are always aware of changes and can respond promptly to adjustments within the membership base.
