Set reversal limit

It would be useful if a limit could be set on the number of chargebacks per customer. For example, that a customer is automatically blocked from future direct debits after X number of chargebacks or must choose an alternative payment method.

This helps to better manage payment issues and prevents unnecessary administrative burdens caused by repeated failed collection attempts.
