Separate rate for subscribers with no remaining credits for an activity

Use the email address you use to sign in to FITsociety. This does not sign you in.
As a coach, I would like to be able to set a reduced rate in FITsociety for members with an active subscription who have used all their credits, so that they can continue participating without immediately paying the full price of a single class.
