Send automatic reminders for booked lessons

Use the email address you use to sign in to FITsociety. This does not sign you in.
As a coach, I want to be able to set per lesson whether clients receive reminders, and choose whether this happens via email or push notification. If I could also specify when the reminder should be sent, that would be nice too.
