Route to location and export to your own calendar on the booking page

Use the email address you use to sign in to FITsociety. This does not sign you in.
It would be helpful if customers could view directions to the lesson location directly on the booking page, for example via Google Maps. Additionally, an option to export the booked lesson or appointment directly to their own calendar (such as Google Calendar or iCal) would be a great added value. This makes planning easier and ensures that customers are better prepared for their lessons.
