Overview: follow-up date + next appointment per member

In the member overview, I want to see two columns immediately per client: Follow-up date (manually configurable, with an “expired” indicator) and Next appointment (automatically from the calendar: date/time + optional location/status). Including sorting & filtering (follow-up date today/coming week, no follow-up date, no appointment, expired) and quick actions: adjust follow-up date and/or immediately schedule a new appointment from the same list.
