Option to email confirmation upon cancellation of membership

Use the email address you use to sign in to FITsociety. This does not sign you in.
When a coach cancels a client's membership, there is currently no confirmation by email. Coaches would like the option to send an email to the client upon terminating a membership with the end date and confirmation of the cancellation.
