One-time costs automatically with the first direct debit or start of a subscription

As a coach, I would like to be able to automatically add one-off costs (such as a registration fee or an access pass) to the very first direct debit for a new member, so that these onboarding costs are collected immediately and I do not have to issue a separate invoice.
