Official accounting integration (e.g. Moneybird / invoicing per payment)

FitSociety processes subscriptions and payments via Mollie, but currently does not offer a full-fledged accounting integration. As a result, entrepreneurs have to download invoices per customer and process them manually in their accounting software. This is error-prone, time-consuming, and not scalable.
For studios that work with subscriptions, VAT, and direct debit, this is a major bottleneck.

In the current situation:
FitSociety collects subscriptions via Mollie
Mollie pays out a total amount (e.g. monthly).
Entrepreneurs receive hundreds of separate payments, but one credit entry.
There is no automatic connection to accounting software (such as Moneybird).
Result:
Invoices must be downloaded manually per customer.
Revenue, VAT, and debtors cannot be matched automatically.
Mollie transaction fees are difficult to book correctly
Administration becomes unreliable with growth
For any company that is serious about VAT filing, profit determination, and scalability, this is unworkable.

A Moneybird integration or webhook whereby FitSociety automatically generates a sales invoice in Moneybird for every successful payment or subscription direct debit with:
Customer details
Description (subscription / punch card / month)
Amount excl. VAT
VAT
Reference to Mollie payment ID
This allows Mollie payments to be automatically linked to invoices.

or

A monthly export or API endpoint with all payments including:
Payment ID
Customer
Amount
VAT
Product / subscription type
So that this can be imported directly into Moneybird or other accounting software.
