Notification for members on the waiting list when a spot becomes available (without automatic registration)

When a spot opens up for a class or activity that a member is waitlisted for, the member receives a notification (e.g. via push notification or email). The member is not registered automatically, but must take action to claim the spot. This gives members control and prevents unwanted registrations.
