Manage company documents centrally and have them automatically visible to all members

Add a “Company Documents” section where I, as a coach, can upload documents (and folders) once at the company level (e.g., house rules, intake forms, nutritional guidelines, general instructions). These documents will then be automatically visible to all (new and existing) members, without me having to add them per member. Members cannot delete these documents (only view/download); management and deletion can only be done by coaches/admins.
