Make invoice numbers editable

It would be convenient if invoice numbers could be adjusted manually. This can be useful for companies that want to use a specific numbering system, for example, to align with an existing administration or accounting system.

Ideally, this should only be possible for new invoices, so that existing invoices remain correctly registered. This provides more flexibility in invoicing without losing the overview.
