edit automatically generated texts

I would like to be able to edit the text myself. It currently says "you have been removed" when we remove an appointment for people. And it says "greetings team fitsociety" instead of our own name. Making small adjustments for your own location should be possible, right? Otherwise, please take a look at your texts. If a class is cancelled, the correct text is: "this class is not taking place, we hope to see you again soon" or something similar, and not "you have been removed from the class".
