Coaches have no insight into what the members pay.

I would appreciate it if my trainers/coaches couldn't see what the members pay me. Otherwise, I might as well give them full access to my figures; you don't get the 'members pay you this and I earn this' mentality either. It is already very difficult to retain trainers these days because it is never enough. It doesn't seem like a difficult adjustment to me, but it could make a huge difference for my business (I am just making the switch now).
