Chat message to coach upon completed check-up form

Use the email address you use to sign in to FITsociety. This does not sign you in.
When a client fills out a check-up form, the coach automatically receives a chat message (or notification) in that client's chat. This way, the coach knows immediately that there are new responses and can respond right away without having to manually open the form first.
