Chargeback notifications configurable per company (on/off + multiple recipients)

As a coach/company, I want to be able to manage the chargeback notifications without changing the overview. Per company, I want to be able to configure:
Internal notification on/off (for chargeback/failed payment).
Set recipient(s): one or more email addresses that receive the notification (comma/; separated).
Customer email on/off: automatic email to the customer with a new payment request/payment link in case of a chargeback.
Logging per chargeback: which notifications were sent, when, and to which addresses.
