Charge fees for chargeback

It would be convenient if costs could be automatically charged in the event of a chargeback. For example, a fixed amount or a percentage of the invoice amount as an administrative fee.

This allows the extra costs arising from failed collections to be covered and encourages customers to pay on time. The amount and conditions should be flexibly adjustable per company.
