Centrally manage recurring closure days and holidays

Closure days and holidays can now be managed from one central calendar setting. This prevents having to add the same holidays or company closures again every year in coach availability or location availability.

For each closure day, choose whether it blocks coach availability, location availability, or both. Use a holiday preset or add custom closure days, with optional yearly recurrence.
