Booking status visible in calendar in member app

Use the email address you use to sign in to FITsociety. This does not sign you in.
Display the status of a class/event for the member in the calendar (list + detail), so that it is immediately clear what is going on. Examples: Booked, On waiting list, Cancelled. Prevents confusion and prevents members from discovering that something is wrong only after clicking or forwarding.
