Automatic onboarding flow for free trial customers with plan advice

Use the email address you use to sign in to FITsociety. This does not sign you in.
When a free trial client signs up, they automatically go through an intake. Based on the answers from that intake, the client is automatically offered a recommended plan for 3, 6, or 12 months. This lowers the barrier to conversion and saves the coach manual work when following up with new trial clients.
