Automatic appointment reminders for customers

It would be helpful if customers automatically received a reminder for a scheduled appointment. This could be done, for example, via a push notification, email, or SMS one day in advance and shortly before the appointment.

As a result, we no longer have to manually call customers, which saves time and reduces the number of no-shows. This way, customers always know exactly when their appointment is scheduled and can arrive on time.
