Approve/reject subscription change based on notifications

As a coach, I want a subscription change (upgrade/downgrade, pause, terminate, switch product) requested by a member to arrive as a notification with immediate Approve/Reject buttons. In the notification, I want to immediately see the impact (new price, effective date, pro-rata/credit rules, next direct debit) and, after the action, automatically: record the status (audit trail) + optionally send a message/push/email to the member. This aligns with the roadmap item “Upgrade or downgrade existing subscription” but adds a clear approval flow via notifications.
