Add YouTube Shorts links to exercises

Use the email address you use to sign in to FITsociety. This does not sign you in.
As a coach, I would also like to be able to link YouTube Shorts to exercises (in addition to standard YouTube links), so that I can use short vertical exercise videos without having to re-upload them. The system should automatically accept the link and convert it to a valid embed format.
