Ability to turn off group chat replies

As a coach, I want to be able to decide per group chat whether comments are on or off. This way, I can use a chat for announcements without members being able to comment, and allow comments again later if desired. This needs to be quick to switch (toggle) and optional per role (only coaches can comment).
